Marketing sits inside the $599 monthly coaching retainer, not alongside it. So this isn't a marketing package with a scope and an end date. We work out where your enquiries should come from, build a plan around it, and keep adjusting as you run it. Online or on-site in Penrith. The plan is built for you to run, because you know your customers better than an agency ever will. That's the point: marketing you can run yourself, with help when you need it. Where something genuinely needs doing for you, we'll sort that case by case.
A marketing plan built with you
Not a template. We work out what you're selling, to whom, and through which channels, then write it down in an order you can follow. You end up with something you can act on rather than a document you file.
Where your leads actually come from
Before adding anything, we look at what's already bringing work in. Referrals, repeat customers, the website, that one ad. It's common to find the answer isn't where the money's been going, which usually changes the plan before it's written.
Social media that fits your week
Scaled to the time you actually have, not the time an agency assumes. We work out which platforms are worth your effort, what to post, and how often you can sustain. Two posts a week you keep up beats five you abandon.
Paid ads, and whether you need them
Plenty of businesses don't. We look at whether advertising makes sense for your margins before spending anything, and if it does, what a sensible starting budget looks like. If you'd rather someone else ran it, that's a conversation we can have.
