Business coaching with Elevate is one arrangement, not a menu. For $599 a month you get Nathan Todd alongside you for whatever decision is in front of you. Pricing, a hire, your sales process, or where the money is actually going. We work on it together, online or on-site in Penrith. The point of a monthly arrangement is availability. You get advice when you need it, not at your next appointment, so a decision on Tuesday doesn't wait three weeks. That's what the retainer buys, and it's why we don't sell it by the hour.
Support between meetings
Between scheduled sessions, raise something as it comes up and we'll pick it up from there. It's what makes the arrangement worth more than a scheduled hour, because the decisions that matter rarely land on a day you have a meeting booked.
Pricing strategy
We work out what you should charge and what it costs to deliver, so a price rise is a decision rather than a guess. Then we plan how to tell existing customers, which is usually the harder half.
Your sales process
